Terms governing use of bnosg.com, the public website of BNO Security Group, LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using bnosg.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by BNO Security Group, LLC ("BNO," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Website Purpose
The Site provides general information about BNO, our cybersecurity and advisory services, and ways to contact us. Website content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes only and does not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
3. No Security Testing Authorization
Nothing on the Site, including published domains, IP addresses, applications, contact information, demonstrations, examples, or descriptions of security services, grants permission to scan, probe, test, exploit, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any BNO or third-party system. Any authorized security testing by BNO requires separate written authorization, an applicable agreement or statement of work, defined scope, and mutually approved Rules of Engagement.
4. No Client Relationship Through Website Use
Viewing the Site, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or exchanging preliminary communications does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory, or professional-services relationship. A services relationship begins only when the parties execute the applicable written agreement(s).
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not use the Site to violate law; infringe rights; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with Site availability or security; scrape, harvest, or collect information by automated means in a manner that materially burdens the Site; impersonate another person or entity; or use Site content to misrepresent an affiliation with BNO.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, reports, service descriptions, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to BNO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law or by written authorization, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content. BNO Security Group, LLC and associated marks, logos, and branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
7. Submissions and Communications
If you send us an inquiry, request, resume, business information, or other communication through the Site, you represent that you have the right to provide that information. Do not submit passwords, private keys, production credentials, regulated data, exploit payloads, malware, or other highly sensitive material through a general website form unless BNO has expressly provided an approved secure channel for that purpose.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. BNO does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BNO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BNO AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, BNO's aggregate liability arising solely from use of the public Site will not exceed US $100, except where a different limitation is required by law.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNO and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference for purposes of Site use.
14. Electronic Communications
When you communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive responsive communications electronically. Electronic records and signatures may be used in transactions with BNO where permitted by law and agreed by the parties. Separate engagement documents may contain additional signature and notice requirements.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising solely from use of the Site will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Engagement-specific agreements may establish different or more specific dispute terms.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by BNO to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
